What if I want to return or exchange my purchase?
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, however to ensure that you are completely satisfied Bandanashop offers a 14-day returns policy from date of purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason then you can return it to us for a refund or replacement.
How should I return my purchase?
Before returning your purchase please email us to tell us that you are sending it back, and let us know whether you would like to exchange it for something else, or you would prefer a refund. We do not accept refunds without a reason.

When mailing the item please include a note of your Bandanashop order number (found on your purchase confirmation email) so we can match it to your original purchase.
Please note that we do not refund the cost of you shipping your purchase unless the item was damaged or faulty when you received it or the item was incorrectly picked by ourselves.
For your own protection you should obtain a Certificate of Posting, available free of charge from the Post Office, when returning your order – just in case it goes missing en-route (we can’t process an exchange or refund for an item if we don’t get it back).
How quickly will you process my return?
We will usually sort out any replacements within 24 hours of the item arriving back with us; however this may take a little longer during busier periods.
If you would prefer a refund, we will also process this with within 24 hours, however it might take a few days for the refund to show on your credit card statement. We will refund any money due to you in the same way you paid for your purchase. Please note that we cannot refund monies to anyone other than the person who bought the goods.
