Delivery

 Shipping charges and expectations.

We aim to provide fair and transparent shipping costs so customers see exactly what they will pay before purchasing. Shipping options are visible at anytime by clicking View Cart. The various shipping options are available based on your chosen criteria of speed, security and cost.
Bandanashop will do our part in shipping promptly and keeping you informed of any potential delays whatever service you choose.

Unlike some of our competitiors we do not choose cheap polytope packaging which will no protect your goods in transit. Most Buffs will arrive in protected and 100% recyclable envelopes, which should allow your bandanas or Buff to arrive in pristine condition.

Using our Standard Royal Mail First Class Service to the UK & Channel Islands

According to Royal Mail's own statistics, 95% of Royal Mail First Class parcels arrive the next working day. While we cannot be held responsible for the actual delivery of your goods once they enter the Royal Mail service we can ship rapidly, check for an accurate shipping address etc.

Royal Mail do not classify mail as officially 'late' until 15 working days from the shipping date but there is a reasonable expectation you should receive your goods the next working day. There is no tracking number and Royal Mail do not provide compensation for lost packages.

Using Royal Mail Second Class

Similar service to First Class except that Second Class is delayed 24 hours at the local Royal Mail Centre, however the service is cheaper. A good alternative if you are not desperate for your order.

For Channel Islands Customers
